Show social justice movies at your college campus or nonprofit organization!

The aim of JusticeMovies.org is to provide a list of thoughtful movies which nonprofit groups can show for free without paying public performance fees.

The process is simple:
   1) buy or rent a DVD from the available list of movies (or ask your campus library to buy it for you).
   2) reserve a room for the movie, ideally on a large screen with DVD projection.
   3) show the DVD for free (note, the permission granted for these performances only extends to free showings, and typically does not allow for any admission fees).

Contact us if you're a filmmaker and would like to make your movies promoted on this website for free performances.

Please note: the movie industry believes that no one is entitled to show DVDs they own for free public educational performances without paying a fee or getting permission. Although we disagree with that viewpoint, this website aims to comply with their interpretation of copyright by only publicizing movies that offer free public showings. However, we can make no promises and assume no liability. Please contact us if you own the rights to a movie which is mistakenly listed here.
